How we do it:
1) Observation and utilizing meditation as means of creating a sense of sovereignty in the mind (so that your mind is no longer controlling you, you become the OBSERVER of it)
2) Tapping into the BODY, a reflection of the subconscious mind, to heal trauma, release tension, and to harmonize splits in the psyche that cause friction that we experience in our Self Image. These splits are manifested as feelings of lack, not enough-ness, depression and anxiety. (These emotions then are projected from our energy field and become reflections in our reality.)
3) Reestablish a TRUE sense of Self through self hypnosis, frequency and authority.
4) Create an action based plan (the group chat will hold you accountable) for you to follow ACTION behind your new beliefs. - Why are you the best?I received my Bachelors in Neuroscience in 2018, and my Masters in Neuroscience in 2021.
