Yes and No! We 2 Live Sessions a Week PLUS Hours of Recorded Classes on Each Chakra. All calls are recorded.

For the live aspect, we meet on Zoom Every Monday at 4pm EST for the Business Coaching Call, and 6pm EST for the Teacher Training (expect an hour break in between classes).

There will be a break in live classes between the Solar Plexus and the Heart Chakra, for you to integrate the information. SCHEDULE IS INCLUDED BELOW.
